Havant ac is a small friendly family athletic club who meet every Tuesday and Thursday, 6.00pm at Cowplain Secondary School, Hart Plain Ave.
Our 1st port of call is the track, when from April round to September we take part in various track leagues for all ages, from juniors, 11-17, seniors and veterans.
The most important part of the club is the athletes, those who take part and have fun competing, challenging themselves to better times as their fitness improves. So if you fancy having a go at a 100m or a 800 or even a 3000m, come along and meet us, how about the long jump or javilin, not done it since school, no matter. Just come along and we'll show you how.
